Don won’t be hard to trade and Miami’s offer probably isn’t even in the top 10 of potential packages we could move him for.
If this is real, it's being pushed by CAA who has basically asked that Mitchell be traded. They gave a couple destinations that they prefer, ranked 1 and 2. Miami is allegedly the #1 destination. CAA is allegedly willing to keep things quiet, but if they don't get what they want they'll start getting louder.
Mitchell doesn't really have leverage, however. And if the Jazz want to trade Mitchell, they can take their sweet time and find the right situation.

Getting louder about what? That he wants to be traded. That’d give the Jazz more leverage because then any team interested would call and make an offer. Danny Ainge has been around the block, I doubt he’s getting punked by Donovan Mitchell and CAA into trading him to Miami for a crap return when the team still controls him for 3 seasons.
Jazz can hold Mitchell out for half the season if they want to. Lose games, improve their draft position, and get the haul they want when they're ready to move him.
If they can find a sucker that is horny about three picks in the 20’s and probably 0 picks swapping to be a 3rd or 4th team in the deal that sends better value, then maybe you think about it I guess.
How am I so sure they will be late picks?
-the Heat are easily a top-3 organization; front office, coaching, and culture
-Miami is a top glamour market, maybe THE glamour market
-They historically are almost never bad, even when they own their own picks
There is no team in the league with as much assured consistent success as the Miami Heat. Not within a mile. Everyone knows they can rebuild on the fly like no one else.
If the Jazz put Mitchell on the block, they'll proactively call certain teams and ask for the return they want. They're not going to be bullied.

It's been reported that Miami is trying to trade for Mitchell. A big offer came in on Monday, aligning with the posts from that message board to the hour. So I don't know what you're trying to dispute here.
