One season comparison? Cute.....Counting stats is your argument?
In 1985 Mike Mitchell and Kareem Abdul Jabbar averaged 22 points per game. Five year stretches are similarly arbitrary.
Advanced numbers show the two are no where near each other in how they achieved those numbers.
Please tell me these vast difference numbers.
Oh, and be sure to take into account that Curry got to play with Monta Ellis who averaged 24ppg when he played with Curry. And Curry got to play with Klay Thompson for 3 of his first five years. And Draymond Green. And Andre Iguodala.
Through their first 5 seasons, Curry and Donovan are very comparable.
