That's how things are, though. The person who kills someone texting and driving is stigmatized by society while many others have put themselves in that very situation but just didn't have the same outcome. If I keep typing about this, I'll end up venting and repeating the "home runs on bad pitches" mantra and then complain about how we judge NBA executives on outcomes even if they totally screwed up but lucked themselves into a situation or guys who went through the right process but it just didn't work out. Or coaches. Sometimes players/teams.

It’s kind of hard to compare it to something but should someone who shot someone and caused them to lose a limb be sentenced worse than someone who shot someone but didn’t make them lose a limb?

I'm late to the party but that was the first thought that went through my mind. That was the best punch I've seen a pro-athlete throw, obviously besides pro-fighters.

supposedly like 120k... Ballsack sports said 2.6M so just beware that fake report is out there.

I actually wonder if the video person went to the Warriors and was like "TMZ says they will give me 120k for the video. How about you give me $200k and let me go instead."

I'm sure the Warriors will create some legal issues for this person.

I doubt they went to the team... likely thought they would not get caught... the def will and even if its not illegal the warriors will cause some issues for this person.

Warriors look like clowns with how they handling this.
 
Man... Dray has talked so much **** about new media and now this video comes out... he ain't gonna have a lot of friends. I'm so curious what the fall out will be here.
 
Man any team that want to get under Dray's skin or Poole's skin gonna just say "hey remember when Dray knocked you out in front of the whole world?" Things that will be said when that team plays Memphis for example is gonna be wild.

It's not important, the bad thing is that League and "stars" want to know and punished the guy who leaked it not Green. DG knockout his co employee and everyone called it "things happened"
imagine that we knock out our co worker.
 
This one will be interesting since I am guessing it is completely up to the Warriors. I am guessing they will do something very minor. If this was in a game and an NBA decision I think the fine and the suspension would be a lot bigger.
 
Yeah, I really doubt Draymond is going to be hurt too much from this. Might get a decent fine and suspension, but long term he won't have much fallout if any.
 
im sick of this STARS protection. Do you hear what Warriors GM said,. He is all the way - nothing happened. Imagine if Green injured Poole or even kill him. They will say things happened.
Poole will be kind of bitch if he act like nothing
 
To be fair we have no actual context for what happened, how long this has been going on between them, or what was said. Dray is a hot head, but I don't think he would just clock some guy like that over nothing. Not excusing it, but I doubt Poole is some innocent angel in all of this.

Not even close. Portis tried to avoid the conflict but Mirotic kept coming after him. What Green did was a scumbag move and he dropped him with that punch. That is probably the best basketball player punch that I have seen.
