He feels like a lock to me too, especially with the game being in Salt Lake. Even if it wasn't he absolutely deserves it.
Lock it in. He is not getting snubbed at all. Sabonis is the only front court option with a similar resume, that isn't already in as a starter outside of maybe PG13 who missed over 10 games. AD who has barely played 30,is out imo. Neither of them have had a better season overall than the FInnisher. I actually think Gordon has a better chance than AD.

"But then something changed — for some reason unknown, his once-promising future in Chicago began to crumble. Although he was still putting up good numbers, they weren't close to what he had done previously — causing his future with the Bulls to be in doubt."
Even the NBA doesn't acknowledge Jim Boylen was the head coach of the Bulls - to the extent that they listed Billy Donovan as the Bulls coach for the 2019-20 season (when he was still in OKC).

Guys... I'm smelling a snub.

I dunno. Lauri has kept posting some gaudy stats, but lately he's been doing it a lot more quietly, role-player style, than early in the season. The emergence of Kessler in the middle has slightly pushed Markkanen away from the main action (pick & rolls), and seems like he's been doing more spot up 3pt shooting from the corners as a consequence. Plus teams are really paying attention to keeping him off the ball too.

Just feels like this kind of thing could have an effect. It's not like he's not facing some legit competition for the remaining spots.
Never was more sure he’d get in

If there was a competition for getting fouled on 3 point attempts then my money would be on JC to win

Olynuk for flop competition.
That would be a hilarious event. Imagine the NBA making fun of itself by highlighting floppers? Never happen - but that would be by far one of the most entertaining things ever. Every time there’s a flop, refs call a foul and they get graded by judges. . .
