Official Utah/Minnesota/Philadelphia Pick Watch

Coming back to this. I remember Golden State was trying at the trade deadline to get their pick back and even before the lottery there was discussions because Golden State wanted to get rid of the top-8 protections before the lottery happened. That sucked bad for us. No top-8 pick and we didn’t get anything extra either.
But instead we got Rodney Hood with that pick, who became Crowder, who became Conley, who became a protected LA pick.

Jazz weren't tanking for a while and slowly turned the tanking dial. They have only been full out tanking for the last few games or so
I beg the differ. I think Ainge as great as he is has had this ‘tank lite’ thing planned all along.

He didn’t just wake up one day and thought to himself ‘let’s start tanking’.

Adam sent a letter at the beginning of the year to all clubs that there will be consequences for over the top tanking actions. They could lose the pick or they could give it to NYK by demoting the pick one slot.

It would be sweet to have the Minny pick, one spot sooner.

He should already have lost faith in them… they are a full **** show

Yeah this isn't looking good for Dallas. They don't have a lot of ways to make the team better next year. Their best chance is probably nailing their draft pick this year (assuming they get one) and then tanking for a top pick next year. Then they will have room to add some free agents and young players to surround Luka with.

I'm guessing Luka is not that patient though which causes them to make more sorry sighted moves ultimately leading to them losing everything.

The Minnesota game was looking promising until San Antonio unleashed Gorgui Dieng. He legit had two turnovers, two fouls and bricked a three in 2 1/2 minutes.

Adding Kyrie to the equation and his pending FA is uhhhhh a choice. He will have them over a barrel this offseason.
