This is way too logical.
You don’t understand the latest in basketball analytics. You should talk to coach Q or Locke to get educated.
Now we must consider a guy’s ability to finish at the rim while jumping off one foot, the shot clock with < 5 seconds remaining, with his team on the road, if he has a girlfriend, per 32 mins to understand if a player is good at finishing at the rim.

I think I’ve def said that but def didn’t invent it. I like that he’s efficient… he also follows one of my favorite draft rules… fat is potential in disguise.
At 16 I could be on board. If you want a guy that is an upside scorer I think Sensabaugh is a better bet than GG.
Since it’s playoff season I’d favor more guys that project as two way guys but sometimes the one way is fine if it’s really good.

i think if the jazz could get miller at 28, i'd be happy with just about any combination. i think he's top 10 guy.
I dont think I'm a Sensabaugh guy either, at least not at 9, but I can see him being a top 10 player if a lot of the higher potential guys dont pan out. He's foul drawing and rim finishing away from being a total package offensively, and those should be fairly easy additions for him.

I never play both sides. At some point I make a declaration of my what I think/feel but I revisit stuff all the time.

I think the Jazz want to draft Cam Whitmore and play him at the 3. If they can't do that, I think they would draft Gradey Dick and play him at the 3. I think they would then draft a lead guard like Bufkin or Hood-Schifino at #16. Or, they would package #16 and #28 to move up 2 or 3 spots for Cason Wallace if he's available and they really believe in him.
Thereafter, they might make a trade to target a high upside guy like GG, Sidy or Bilal if they're blown away in draft workouts. It's possible that the Jazz could even slot Bilal as a playmaking guard, but it's a bit of a stretch.
With the draft being before free agency, and with the possibility that both Clarkson and THT move on, the Jazz are going to be very thin in the backcourt.

I’m not sure how many of you are actually watching the NBA playoffs right now. But it’s absolutely essential that your roster has guys who can play BOTH sides of the ball. If there’s a guy out there who can’t defend especially the pick and roll, then he’s going to be exploited over and over again until he’s ripped off the court.
If Sensabaugh can’t play defense, then the best we can hope for is a spark plug off the bench. That’s not worth the #9 pick in this draft, in my opinion. Not if we want to compete for a championship anytime soon. My thought is that This #9 pick needs to be able to play both sides of the ball for 30+ mins a game.

The scouts have their work cut out from themselves. He looks or seems awful on defense but maybe..maybe it is something he can be better at. He has good speed on offense. I am in the Ron Boone camp that average level of defense can be learned.
There are plenty of mediocre defenders in the NBA playoffs who do just fine.
