We are at 15,300 posts on this thread right now. Over or under another 2,000 posts before the draft in two days?
And I don't mean to single out Tony... others will say it too... but I could see him being more aggressive about it... Maybe Locke will be the most aggressive with that message. One thing I guarantee will happen. After the draft, no matter who we pick, Tony and others will report that we got the guy we were targeting all along.
That's assuming Ausar goes 6 though.Jarace isn’t getting past Indiana at 7 and Black isn’t getting past Washington at 8.
To add to this, if we reach for Bilal at 9 or whoever we take Tony and others will say we would have taken that same player at 5.
Did you see Exum's highlights from Partizan this year? What the hell has happened with Dante? He's been unleashed... this is why I loved him... his speed is really showing up ... true against Euro competition but still.... and he seems more explosive than ever. And his shooting stats are eyebrow raising... (>50% FG%, >40% 3pFG, 85% FT%).... It's making me want to give him another shot...Bilal is Exum-ish for both good and bad reasons as a prospect and on the court.....but for me personally I also have a bias towards these guys because I've seen their crazy trajectory. I remember talking to Aussie's when Exum was 16 and reading them debate on whether or not Exum was even good enough to play at an American college, then he turned into a top 5 pick. Bilal's rise isn't quite the same, but it's cool to discover someone when they were a nobody and see them rise up to be a lotto pick. Whatever ends up happening, I really do enjoy the storylines and journeys of each prospect. I'll be rooting for Bilal. If it's not with the Jazz, I hope he goes somewhere that will be good for his development.

Whoever is drafted at #16 would have been our second option at #9.
God I hope all this trading up talk is ********. It is just not worth it with a draft this deep.
Lmao BS. So many posters here talk **** about Tony Jones. It’s all in jest. We love Tony around here and understand he will say what is best for the casual fans to hear.
Nah... we know we took the second player on our board at 27 a few years ago(Udoka). It will be more like... we got 2 of our top 3 prospects in the draft at 9 and 16...Brilliant
Damn... I should have gone further because the guy they get at 16 will at least get the "the Jazz were considering player x at #9 and are thrilled and shocked he lasted until 16".Whoever is drafted at #16 would have been our second option at #9.
Could someone explain to me how Ausar is inferior to Amen in athleticism when they’re essentially twins?

We should love Tony but unfortunately some are not with Tony's brand. I love the mix of Andy, Tony, and Locke.Lmao BS. So many posters here talk **** about Tony Jones.
