2023 NBA Draft Megathread

And that's cool. You could just say it like that rather than the childish tantrum ways that you have in the past. You have been a childish dick to me in many other instances as well that had nothing to do with me requesting information. And that's just the interactions with me lol. I see you behave poorly with others too. Often.
Btw I don't really care. Just saying that you pointing out others childish behavior is a bit rich.
I'm an ******* sometimes, no doubt.

I don't post temper tantrums about prospects I dislike and make things up.

I also dont make my whole identity denying the Jazz like a certain player just becuase I dont like them. I've vocally said I dislike Hendricks, but I dont make up fantasy post to explain why the Jazz dont like him.

I was today years old when I learned MLB doesn't allow draft pick trading. Can you imagine the NBA draft without trades?
Dude. He had a friend that went late rounds and insisted that we kept it on. But that crap is the the most boring draft I've ever seen. I hadn't watched one up to that point.

Everyone nutjobbed me for my criticism of Hendricks, and everyone of those weaknesses discussed in that scouting video were my gripes for him. And people said I was just being a hater. I don’t think he’s worth taking 9, because of athleticism and defense and 3pt is put him 12-15 range.

If at #9 the draft doesn't fall the way you like... what would you do?

Ausar i'm not high on so if he fell to #9 I'd move back. Or mabye a team is desperate to move up and reach for someone like Hawkins or Gradey D. Pick up additional picks in this draft.

Gradey is a little underrated in my mind because someone will covet shooting, and he has height plus gets some stocks here and there. NCAA teams really devoted their entire Defense to him some games, wouldn't know if you didn't watch those games; and he still averaged nice stats.

Can’t do the robo narration
So I realized after posting the video that the production sucks, there are just some very good points made in it. For the record, this is a real dude, I just think he has a robotic delivery style? But I know what you mean.

TLDR; Exum sucked his rookie year. A lot. Like, basically historically bad.

Exum was bad, but the team also played better with him starting than Trey Burke, so that's something.

He likes Black too... if I was guessing based on his tone... if we traded up it would be for Walker... but that may just be who Tony likes. Has been high on him throughout so not sure that is any kinda tell.
He has stressed that it is his opinion and not reporting IIRC.

With Tony being the mouthpiece, I could see him being Mr. Smokescreen.

Having said that, the Jazz are well-positioned to be the most active team in trades on draft night. They have the capital with all of their treasure trove of picks moving forward to move in multiple directions. They could use this pick and No. 16 to try to slide up the board. They could use No. 16 and some of their future capital to acquire a second lottery pick. They have salary-cap space to take on bad contracts. I think I would be surprised if they just stayed with the status quo at Nos. 9 and 16. There are too many logical ways for them to add draft capital in this class that also can meet the needs of other teams.
