I think not getting a 2nd round pick was the right move.

We need to fill out the rest of roster with some quality vets.

Too many you guys otherwise.

It's hard to develop 4 rookies plus guys like Ochai and Walker

Wow. If we passed on Hendricks for Bilal I would have been sick.

I had Jarace, Black, Bilal, and Hendricks in the same tier and in that order. Hendricks is fine and I’m too harsh on him….but he is the most boring prospect of the group. Not upset that we ended with Hendricks but damn it would have been exciting to have one of the others.

It is wild they came out and said that….We joke about giving the fake answer of “wow he was much higher on our board” but they should probably do that anyways. Must feel bad if you’re Hendricks.

OTOH it does show that they were indeed high on the other two.

It was nice to see some new posters in the draft thread and I hope you guys make it a more common thing in the future.

I am sure I’m missing a couple guys and I apologize. It has been an absolute blast discussing prospects with all of you and at the end of the day we are all Jazz fans. I know there have been some arguments and there is no hard feelings from me I appreciate all of you.

We crushed this draft and I can’t wait to watch our new guys in SL!

Should’ve tanked at the beginning of the year. Too bad the Jazz likely missed out on the real Difference makers from this draft. Happy with Hendricks and George where they got picked, but it’s underwhelming.

Shocked there weren’t more trades tonight.

Underrated post here. Exactly what they did when they traded for KG and Ray Allen. Hopefully, the Jazz pick the right “big moves” to make when the opportunity comes around.

At least we can be 100% sure that they aren’t lying about having George at #10. So they think they got good value there, and really buy into his PG chops.

He has the confidence. That’s for sure. Would love to know his measurements. 6’3” 200 isn’t bad for a PG.

It seems like we really value character. Ryan Smith said he sat and talk with Taylor Hendricks for half an hour during his workout.

On that basis the likes of Cam and GG were always gonna be out.
