What's new

Darius Garland

There isnt. They want wings and forwards who can shoot. We giving up Lauri?

Nope. I’m sure they would love to take Hendricks and probably KO as well. Maybe it’s a three-team deal where we send picks to a 3rd team and they send win-now players to Cleveland along with them getting some of their picks back. Get creative man it’s not that hard.

He’s only creative when it’s “one of his dudes” .. lol..

Who is undersized and hasn’t forgotten it done.. plus they have a glaring hole at SF.

Garland and Don also didn’t mesh well.

Maybe like someone mentioned they could try Mitchell at the point.
Tight story.

No one sane is trading for an unproven rookie who profiles more as a high level role player than star and a first rounder w/ Darius Garland.

So a team that is on the clock to prove to Donovan they are good enough for him to re-sign are just go to deal for rookies and get rid of a star like Garland?

Let's live in reality.

They are probably looking at Paul George deals. Stuff like that. They are going to want to bring in a proven wing/forward star to put next to Donovan.

as much as it pains me to say this, cy gets it.

And past the whole Cleveland wouldnt do this, I dont really want Garland.

I dont want small guards, even if they are very skilled. That is not the team we are building.

We know, you like big guards who are inefficient and turnover prone. You don’t care if they are skilled as long as they are big.

And then there’s trading for Kyrie too.

I’m just saying DA has a history of liking small skilled point guards.

At the end of the day it’s not about who WE like but who HE likes.
Cool story. Again, Danny has said he wants length and size and so far all his moves (current moves) have confirmed this.
