Can't use format menu or add url or video on Mobile Web JF site

Anyone else experiencing this? On the mobile Web app (mobile Chrome) the entire menu is grayed out to format text or add video or anything. No access at all. I'll take a screen shot and add it to this thread on my laptop when I get a chance. Any ideas what might be wrong?

I've noticed it for a while now, idk a couple of months maybe. Android. Samsung Note 20 ultra 5g fully updated.
