Jimmer! making NAOS cry now

The Kings stink, and that first half was horrendous. As a team their shooting against Dallas was even worse than usual, which is generally ugly anyways.
I wonder if anyone could turn that team around.

"I need to be more consistent, but the confidence is still there, and I believe I can play at this level and at a high level."

That sounds like a guy without confidence trying to prove he deserves to be there.

Tonight the Jimmer played a key role in their victory over the Pacers with 0 pts(0-4), 0 dimes, 0 rebounds, 1 foul, 1 turnover, 0 steals, 0 blocks.

Well, what was his +/-? We all know the stats above are meaningless. If Jimmer has a positive +/- in a game or for the season, we can conclude he is making the players around him better with his "intangibles."

Teach Isaiah Thomas how to Jimmer.

He should trade his wife in for this one:

Someone should google Lisa Gonzales and put SFW pictures in here.

Jimmer has finally found his shooting stroke. Last two games 20 points and 6 assists followed by 13 points and 1 assists. Three 3 pointers in each game. The Kings are still terrible. Maybe Jimmer can finally build up some confidence play well.

If Jimmer played against the midgets you got your triple double against, he would have had a 5 x 20.

If I played against the NBA players that Jimmer plays against, I would probably be killed. What's your point.

He still sucks.

He still rocks.

I know, and no point. Just funnin wit choo.

I should have said a bunch of vinyl's instead of midgets... ahh, if I could take it back and do it over.

So from someone that watched Jimmer play in both college and the NBA - Is he just a Morris Almond type that can put up a lot of points against lesser opponents or is he just on the wrong team? Think the Kings will look to trade Jimmer or Evans in the offseason?

IMO it's a mixture of the two. He will probably never be great, but he should be able to score on the right team. I think he's trying so hard to fit in that he's not being himself. He's best when he's confident and attacking, this year he is playing tentatively, and I think because of confidence issues his shot is not where it should be.

He will be decent, but I think he will last longer than Numberica has him lasting.

By the way, Numb, are you also saying he's going to be a pretty good coach with that link?

The Kings should definately trade him, before his value drops through the floor.

I was just thinking about the irony of Jimmer fans in the ESA. After the chanting to bring in Jimmer during the Kings game, I can't imagine there's the slightest possibilty that our FO would want to deal with that on a regular basis. It would be a big distraction to the team, and I can't see KOC ever putting the coaching staff in a position like that. The nutso Jimmer fans, with all of their over-the-top enthusiasm, have pretty much guaranteed that their boy will never play for the Jazz, regardless of how many shirts they could sell. The ironing is Delicious.
