This could age very badly. 6’8 with those handles and passing abilities is very common for sure.

I just pointed out some facts man. If you're extremely excited by the dude taking middy pullups with teens left in the clock because no one is trying that hard on D cuz they are playing the Ignite then we got different types and it makes sense why we disagree so much cuz you like mid and I like good players.

Handles were average and passing was average. Anyone can put up stats in the G-League if your team gives you the opportunity. When there is no wining involved it's not really impressive or noteworthy.

I mean, JHS, who I still love, was one of the most inefficient college scorers last year and he became a scoring god in the G-League. It's just a joke of a league in terms of scouting. It's a cardio league to let your players get confidence while your main roster is too stacked to play your rookies.

Pretty crazy to consider him a lotto pick imo. I get that he was 17….but he’s right there with Giannis little bro as some of the worst players on the gleague. Don’t think the film is overly exciting either.

Decent speed. Decent handle. Plays with his head up. Some smoothness and shiftiness. Looks comfortable shooting off the bounce. His athleticism and skill level look similar to Josh Primo, whom the Spurs drafted as an 18 y.o. a few years back. (Hopefully Dink won't expose himself to the staff and get kicked off the team.)

Josh Primo a decent call back because he was also incredibly bad w/ a "smooth" game.

I’m not even gonna look hard at Dink until he is eligible. I think he has less than a 10% chance at winning his case.


Red flags… shooting percentages… nbd since he’s young. Doesn’t have the athletic burst I’d want. He has PG as like the first line in his bio. This is dumb of me to be so critical but I don’t love when guys insist they are a pg at his height.

I wouldn’t say a dime a dozen. I’d say he profiles more as meddle of the first end of first just with my super quick uneducated thin slicing here. He will get a year to show his stuff elsewhere though… so will revisit him later.

His twitter handle is also IAMTHESHOOTER1 and he shot near 20% from the 3pt line.

For real though I question some of these guys decision making ability based off the terrible decision to go to the G-League. Just makes zero sense to skip a grade and go the Ignite route. Vs a guy like Castle who basically chose the perfect school where he could prove that he is a winning basketball player. I getting playing up has it's benefits, but if you're playing so far up your team has no chance to win that has to be detrimental.
 
I think Dink would be a gamble. The kind you'd take in the mid-1st round probably. But his draft stock will probably depend almost entirely on his workouts.
 
I really want to watch the championship game live tonight, but not sure if I'll make it. We are hosting a bunch of family for the eclipse and I'm pretty wiped, it's been a long, but fun weekend.

It's too bad it starts so late EST because my son is finally getting in to basketball and was looking forward to watching the game.

Risacher measured at 6’9.5 w/shoes with a 6’10.5 wingspan last year. He’s a little bigger than I thought.
