Jose is so incredibly overrated on this board. Jazz need someone who not only can hit a j (which Jose can do), but also push the ball and defend. Jose plays very slowly, and does absolutely nothing until he's sure the defense is set. He may be the worst defensive point guard in the league except for Jimmer. Yuck.

You can only get so much right now at the PG spot. If the perfect player was that easily obtainable, we would get him. Sometimes you have to settle for a flawed player that fits into the skill sets of your other players.

You know, like Earl Watson (not that any big flaws except a bit of age and height come to mind).

Or Jamaal Tinsley (not that we know where he is skillwise currently, given that he hasn't played much despite the episodes of suckiness that Heaven-help-me Harris has displayed at times).

Watson's major flaw is his inability to consistently hit open jumpers. He has stretches every year that he shoots well. But his career numbers don't lie- 41.7 FG%.
