Sure. I'll take a superswap over a swap every time, if the price is equal. But the price isn't likely to be equal. I'm not sure that the value of one or two superswaps is enough to do the trick in a Lauri trade. All of them? Maybe.

Yeah. But for the Jazz this applies only practically several years down the line or in the (quite unlikely) chance that all hell breaks loose with either the Warriors, Cavs, or Wolves in the next few years.

Again. Superswaps are better than swaps, but not all superswaps are created equal.

Ya… 10% chance and the team with the most cap space and 1-2 people we’d clearly like to trade not making other moves.
 
I don't really understand how the August 6th date is relevant? From what I understand the Jazz and Lauri can agree to an R&E as of the day after the finals ended. It wouldn't be final until August 6th, but could be agreed to and reported just like all the other deals we are hearing about.
