Here are two shells of trade proposals. I had a bored moment... and I'm wasting your time with it. I'm sorta sorry.

I'm not even sure #1 is possible, so hack away.

#1

Utah trades Josh Howard to the Bulls (now without Deng for a while and in win-now mode) for Jimmy Butler.

#2

Utah trades Devin Harris +2nd-round pick to the Warriors for Charles Jenkins + a contract they want rid of + removal of protection on next year's pick

After watching the Warriors full blown melt down last night at home versus the Grizzlies, I think reality has set in. I've lived in San Francisco for 12+ years, and so I've seen the Warriors deliver plenty of hot mess. But this is like next level - all the major writers, broadcasters etc. are calling to have the team blown up.

So... Favors for Curry straight up?

Do you do it? Obviously the ankle health is huge concern, but seems like the ideal long ball threat PG for the Jazz.

I would not do that. Do I want Curry? Yes. Is Favors asking too much? To me, yes.

If we are talking Harris and a future draft picks then I'd do it.

Are you and Numberica related?

Curry is great but too much of an injury risk to give up Favors. I agree with orangello: Harris and draft picks maybe.

No way you give up Favors at this point for Curry. Favors has way too much potential for a busted shoot first pg. Make it Rondo and I'd consider it.

Here's a gutsy trade that likely will never happen. I think this would actually help the Jazz overall, but I doubt Golden State would bite.
I'd be willing to trade CJ, who is very recently coming into his own as a SG, for Golden State's SF Dorell Wright, who also is having a very good year. Not only would we gain a young legit NBA SF, we could then move Hayward back to SG where he clearly is way more comfortable playing.
