2024 Vegas Summer League Thread

No, it's just 1 summer league game like you're all so affectionately found of parroting

, the intangibles were apparent.

in this game, and well before.
His problem has always been his poor shooting. He did nothing to alleviate that concern.

The nba is a shot makers League. Intangibles only take you so far. Until Buzelis shows he can shoot…Zzzzz

Yeah, I think he played well. I dont think his play should change anyone's educated/informed opinion on him pre-draft. It was an expected performance IMO.

clearly Matas shooting needs improvement, GG I never doubted his shooting even when others were saying otherwise.

Holland is a real energizer bunny on the court, but he looks a bit behind Buzelis/Williams in terms of feel for the game/skill.

Damn that dude is horrible at breaking down the game. This is the downside of everyone being able to have a YouTube channel is you get dumbasses acting like they know what is going on.

He's not quite theatrical enough for me. Needs to come out of his shell.

Well his shot sucked but Matas clearly the better player, at this point, than Cody Williams. Can tell he wants the ball and is aggressive, draws fouls at a great rate. Couple blocks, couple impressive assists. 2nd leading scorer.

ughhhhh
All of that was well known before the summer league. His biggest problem, causing his relative slide, was that his shot always sucked, including his FT%. So far he did nothing to counter that perception with this 27% FG, 64% FT game.
