The DNC itself isn't scheduled until Aug 16. Thanks to the Ohio snafu, they are having a virtual rollcall scheduled to start Aug 1. Biden's repl will be decided before the DNC.

I'd vote for Romney. Way better than anything we have in front of us now. He is just as old though, so that doesn't help in at least one area. But I think Romney would beat Trump.
