What is that supposed to mean? Unburdened from what? What is the context? I hate when they do one phrase completely out of context then try to make fun of the person for it. What is the context for all of these? Are all of these the exact same speech, just given in different venues?
 
If the DNC goes the way it looks like they are going, then it will be Trump who replaces Biden at this point.
The DNC itself isn't scheduled until Aug 16. Thanks to the Ohio snafu, they are having a virtual rollcall scheduled to start Aug 1. Biden's repl will be decided before the DNC.
 
Gretchen Whitmer is one of the few politicians in consideration who has not endorsed Harris.

Obama hasn't. The Clintons have. Pelosi hasn't. Chuck Schumer hasn't.

Haven't endorsed Biden you mean right.
Gretchen has said she just wants to continue being governor though.
