The failure is all yours. I used to help a number of children who did not speak English as a native tongue (I speak a couple beside English). If everyone based their worldview on reality TV, then we're really screwed.

I looked forward to it, and I consider it a very good experience. But I also enjoy my job, and I enjoy going to school. There is no way to know which I'd like better without actually trying it first. Volunteering at schools is a totally different thing than staying home and taking care of your own kids every day. While I absolutely love my kids like no other, I HATE the nights when my wife goes out. She totally deserves it, so I don't have any problem with her going out with her friends, but staying home to babysit my kids sucks ***. When I come home from a bad day at work, my wife will jokingly ask if we should switch (me stay home and ehr go out and get a job). I ask which two kids she wants to keep and which two she wants to give away. I have no doubt it will get easier/better when my youngest two get older, but for now, it sucks.

I happen to know that jazzfanatic would probably marry you. That is, you're ugly and a Jazzfanz poster. You're golden.
 
If you have to come to a message board to ask which girl you should marry you probably shouldn't marry either one.

That said, nothing about your description says a whole lot about either. Both may make excellent wives but there are certainly other qualities that I would look for beyond what you have listed.
