By the way, if you are a fat slob, I can actually help you. I am not a personal trainer, but people do come to me for help. I have helped a few people easily lose 20 pounds while eating their favorite foods.
Thing is, that video is a few months old. Maybe I'll make some more soon. Hint: I've improved quite a bit since then.
It is amazing what a good cut diet can accomplish.
And yes, it is really me.
