Noah Clowney was 0/10 lmao
Hey Cooper flagg scored 42, Let's go win some games so we can get Kon from Duke instead!
You know what’s hilarious I was thinking to myself who is this guy, I bet homey knows. The Toshan dude that had 22 points for the Nets was sitting on the Clips JVs on a Gleague contract a couple of weeks ago. The Nets gave him a two way,

One challenge with tanking is that players are playing for contracts, playing time, or even remaining on an NBA roster. They want to play well and win. They've no incentive to fall on their swords to support the tank so that the team can draft their replacements. It's a delicate balancing act and difficult to calibrate.I really want to know what the '10 year plan' was for the Jazz for getting a championship. There is no way that wasn't total ********. We're going for 7-10 picks for the next '10' years apparently. No play-offs and no good picks I would believe more than the '10 year plan' we have for the Jazz..... unless that was the plan the entire time
Love this win. LOVE it.
I'm gonna keep celebrating each and every thing that harms the tank because tanking is evil and destructive.
Besides, if we end up with something like the 6th pick, there's (unbelievably) a small chance Edgecombe might drop to us. That would be awesome.

That said, I enjoyed this game. It was a fun game amidst a season of many decidedly unfun games. Despite being a tank-skeptic, my feeling is that, if we're tanking this year, we might as well tank properly. If it's a matter of really, really, really sucking vs. really, really sucking, who cares? The ideal game this year is a close, hard-fought loss, like the Atlanta game. However, I don't look forward to 2-4 more years of this.
All valid points my petit fromage, however are any of these players who played today playing on a winning NBA team? I reckon Sexton might be the 9th man off the bench in a +500 team, maybe. Hardy should have benched Sexton and Collier and locked in for the great big delicious L that we all want. Terrible coaching.
Let's hope so, mon mimi. If not, what does that say about how the Jazz have drafted during the first two years of the tank? If we don't believe any of these guys can play a large role on a winning NBA team, the entire tank has been a bloody wasted two years. If the Jazz FO is that poor at drafting, this is going to be a very long, dismal several years of sucktitude.
I just read right here on this board that it's a "two player draft".Agreed however we've had relatively late picks in fairly shallow drafts, there nobody Id say the FO has missed on big time. This draft however is considered fairly deep so hopefully we get it right and make a splash.
"If the offended player is injured and unable to attempt the awarded free throw(s) as a result of a flagrant foul-penalty (1) and/or as a result of a medical determination that a player must undergo a concussion evaluation, his coach may designate any player in the game at that time to attempt the free throw(s)."LMAO the Nets can choose anyone to shoot FTs and they choose Brice?
