I’m feeling 50/50 about it, but I’m leaning no. Just don’t think there will be a destination giving more than peanuts for Sexton and it looks like SAC will land Cam Johnson. They were always the best Collins destination.

I think they end up dumping Sexton for multiple seconds if it comes to it. With the way Collier has been showing out as a floor general as of late, I think they will feel some pressure to open up minutes for him that will facilitate losing and the future improving in real time.

It’s what I would do personally, but I’m less convinced that Ainge will actually do it. I think he shares the sentiment that many feel (felt?) around here that we must “win the trade” and will be stubborn to a fault.

I think they will, even if it's a minor trade. Clarkson, Collins and Sexton are all generating interest. They might also be able to move Eubanks in some unexpected trade.

Here are the most likely trades for our players IMO:

Sexton -> ORL
Anthony + Howard ->UTA

Collins -> SAC
Huerter+Lyles+seconds -> UTA

Clarkson -> DAL
Kleber + OMP -> UTA

Collier has been playing 28 MPG in January. How many more minutes does he need to have?

Mostly due to Keyonte/Clarkson/Sexton all missing games at some point. If you dont trade at least one of Sexton/Clarkson, it will be harder to get him minutes.

I am confident that the unfortunate epidemic of injuries that befell all of our good vets (Lauri, Collins, Sexton, Clarkson) will continue after the trade deadline. I heard that even Kessler is not immune to that plague.

I would unironically love to see the Jazz play Collier and JHS at PG the rest of the season. The crappy part about JHS is that if he plays well you are not in a good position to re-sign him.

I just find it hard to develop JHS with Collier looking pretty promising. That, and I legitimately think Elijah Harkless has potential to be a very good rotation piece that I would like to see get more minutes.

Those soft tissue injuries and contusions are the worst. They just take forever to heal.

I don’t think Collier needs 48 minutes a game.

Multiple trades. I think they are ready to leave no doubt based on how they are managing availability already. We are the “plan B” in most cases is my guess so will have to wait until the deadline. Collins to Sacramento, Clarkson to Clips or Dallas, Sexton is a 50/50 shot to get moved.

We could use an exception… we’d be fine if that happened. I doubt his value would go from throw in to 12M per year.
