Will Collier make it to 5 or higher?

The form isn't broken, but there is some small form issue that leads to wildly inconsistent misses from deep. I can't recall a player whose misses are as all over the rim as Colliers. I think he can definitely work it though

Ricky Green might need to be 3 on your list ahead of Conley, imo. There have been point guards who learn to shoot. Fox and Morant weren't great shooters when they first game in the league, and now they're serviceable.
