I can’t afford this Trump economy

Yes but if we could lift the economic structure from the 50's and drop it into now it would solve a ****-ton of our problems. The higher tax rates would shore up our social programs, social security would be very well-funded. We could chip away at the national debt. Let's take that part and leave the ****** social parts behind.
Unfortunately, MAGA doesn’t want the economic structure of the 1950s. If they did, they’d be up in arms over the current GOP agenda. Trump is proposing tax cuts for the rich and did you see this happening locally?

Is this pro worker? Is this 1950s economics? It’s funny how “MAGA Populism” always translates to ****ing over workers.

Yet another example of the asymmetrical warfare Democrats are faced with. Imagine if George soros posted this. Imagine if a Democrat said anything like this. They could, I mean look at how many free loader ruralists are reliant on government. Imagine the outrage if AOC or Obama described white ruralists as “parasites.” They’d be lynched.

Republicans routinely refer to cities, liberals, and those they disagree with as “parasites” and it doesn’t even make the news.

You have the world’s richest man calling people who rely on American government aid as “parasites.” We cool with that?

Who in the media will criticise him? Furthermore MAGA followers don't care, don't think, they have allowed themselves to suppress their humanity, all they do is believe and follow.

look at all those ****ing eggs!!!

I finally got my hands on some eggs, (first time the supermarket has had them in months) and just ate a porterhouse with eggs and garlic butter. I felt the luxury!!!!
I too found some at Smiths in Saratoga Springs. $7 bucks a dozen.

I just can’t afford Trump’s economy anymore. Yes yes, I get the tweets are funny. But many of us non-elites working class blue collar workers just can’t afford this crap anymore.

Wholes foods NC, most expensive grocery store. Can you find $8 dozen eggs, sure. Can you find cheaper eggs, sure.

But keep going on about eggs, AI and flashlights up your *** and keep losing tribe members and support.

Good thing you don’t live in Germany, you would be paying fines and jail time every time you keep pushing known hoax’s and lies. Except that’s what you wanted here in America.

Skyrocketing inflation. I hope voters remember this. His flailing presidency merits accountability. Ya gotta do something other than take away the health care of poor women, crash planes, give Ukraine to Russia, skyrocket grocery prices for average citizens, and fart around the Daytona 500. Teevee president.

Had to run into Walmart today in Saratoga springs for baby supplies and some regular milk. Nearly out of eggs. $7-8 bucks.

Is this really the America we want to live in? Time to hold Donald accountable. He promised to make these things cheaper on day 1. Now we can barely even buy them at the store and they’re more expensive than ever.

MAGA will still say this is the greatest news……

A professor and former Department of Labor economist is warning that unelected White House advisor and multi-hyphenate billionaire Elon Musk is sending the United States headlong into a huge recession.

In a post on Bluesky, Jesse Rothstein, a University of California, Berkeley public policy professor who was the DOL's chief economist at the start of the Obama administration, addressed the dire situation we could soon be facing.

"It seems almost unavoidable at this point," Rothstein wrote, "that we are headed for a deep, deep recession."

Between the hundreds of thousands of government jobs on the chopping block and the cancellations of countless federal contracts, the economist noted that upcoming employment reports are looking quite scary indeed.

"The March employment report (to be released April 4) seems certain to show bigger job losses than any month ever outside of a few in 2008-9 and 2020," the professor wrote in his multi-post thread. "Add on to that enormous private market uncertainty — how could you hire in these conditions? — and this is going to be very, very bad."

Wonder if the work dodge is doing is the reason why planes are crashing daily? Nice job Donald!

Nope. Plane crashes are down, and the few that are happening all seem to be because of women pilots. The one where the plane hit the helicopter was because a woman pilot in the helicopter flew above the maximum altitude and into the glide path of an international airport. The one in Canada was because the 26-year-old woman pilot didn't deploy the flaps or flare the landing as she was supposed to, hit the ground too hard and collapsed the landing gear.
