Russia Russia Russia…..” Yep, that’s right! And those with eyes to see knew all along there was an unholy alliance in the making. And it had nothing whatsoever to do with the ideals at the foundation of our nation, the ideals and values we profess to be what we stand for. You know, the attitude reflected by patriot Thomas Paine, which I posted earlier.

Not anymore. Trump would love a new Axis of Evil, the world divided among autocratic Strongmen. That is what Donald Trump wants. As well as the implementation of Project 2025, who one prominent Trump apologist told us was, in so many words, a fiction of our imagination. Now we see Project 2025 in full implementation mode domestically, and an alliance with one of the modern eras mass murderers in foreign policy. Both weaken the United States. Both therefore benefit Putin. I don’t think it’s an accident at all.

I just watched a video of Zelensky arriving and meeting with trump outside the building before the discussions even started. First thing trump says as they greet is an insult for how zelensky was dressed. He led with an insult.
 
Zelenskyy has repeatedly thanked the United States for its help. In December 2022, he spoke before both chambers of Congress and his first words were:

“Thank you so much. Thank you so much for that. Thank you. It’s too much for me. All this for our great people. Thank you so much. Dear Americans, in all states, cities and communities, all those who value freedom and justice, who cherish it as strongly as we Ukrainians in our cities, in each and every family, I hope my words of respect and gratitude resonate in each American heart.”

Maybe dont lead off with an insult right when you meet someone and then expect gratitude and respect minutes later while you continue to insult the person and have been insulting the person for weeks.

Either trump didn't actually want this deal to happen or trump is an idiot. Actually its probably both.

Honestly I think domestically it will be a negative for him, while cultists will applaud appeasement of dictators actual conservatives will be appalled. All you need do is look at the front pages of newspapers around the free world, left and right they are appalled. Make no mistake, America will be hated the world over by the end of this administration.

Australia is presently buying 8 nuclear subs off the US the cost is expected to be between around 360 billion dollars, we made a terrible mistake, not in entering into this deal with the UK and US, but choosing the American subs, from a sovereign risk aspect we'd have been much better off buying from the UK. The worry is for us that we will never get these subs delivered. Additionally that money would likely be better spent in developing our own nuclear weapons program, which would likely be cheaper and deliverable in a significantly shorter period of time. For countries like Australia, Germany, Canada, a nuclear program is well within their financial and technical capacity. (the EU is for the most part protected by France and the UKs capability)

If not Trump and the US who the hell else is going to get a peace deal done? Who? It’s so easy to talk and act big with other peoples lives and other people money. America holds the cards and Zelenskyy just spit all over it. Nobody can help him besides the US, others can try, but they won’t. Europe isn’t going to do **** and Zelenskyy can’t help himself. Who’s gonna get a deal done? China?
What Zelenskyy did was maybe one of the dumbest things I think I have ever seen anyone do. Literally biting the hand that feeds you.

Biggest test may come with warm weather and size and seriousness of demonstrations. Like a March on Washington. But I don’t think we have a genuine resistance movement for something like that, in 2025.

As a life time pacifist and full blown leftist, it's actually what I'm hoping right now. More nuclear weapons to Europe. Neither Russia or Kingdom Of Trump will risk a full blown nuclear war.

Exactly. The difference is the other nations operate on a system of morals that prioritizes the citizens and families affected. Where Trump prioritizes Trump, so, you know...

You obviously don’t know, but here goes… Do you know what countries have the ability, technology, and manufacturing capability to extract, refine, and utilize those materials? Not to mention the ability to protect those materials… dum dum
