The *OFFICIAL* Russia Is About To Invade Ukraine Thread

US President Donald Trump is reportedly planning to revoke the legal status of more than 240,000 Ukrainians who fled from the war with Russia, sources have claimed.

This dramatic policy shift could put these refugees on a fast-track to deportation, a senior Trump official and three sources familiar with the matter said.

The move, expected as soon as April, would mark a stark reversal of the welcome Ukrainians received under President Joe Biden's administration.

The planned rollback for Ukrainians is part of a wider Trump administration effort to strip legal status from more than 1.8 million migrants.

These individuals were allowed to enter the US under temporary humanitarian parole programmes launched during Biden's presidency.

The Biden programmes were designed to create temporary legal pathways to deter illegal immigration whilst providing humanitarian relief.

Good news for these immigrants/refugees is that if they have 5 million dollars to give to trump then they can stay. At least there is that.

How does this help anything? What’s this supposed to accomplish? Is there a single action Donald has taken recently that’s been punitive towards Russia and not Ukraine?

There's absolutely no evidence out there that Trump colluded with the Russians except the Manafort thing, and the Flynn thing, and the Papadopoulos pleading guilty thing, and the Roger Stone thing, and the Cohen thing, and the Kushner thing, and the Carter Page thing, and the Jeff Sessions things, and the Wilbur Ross thing, and the JD Gordon thing, and the Erik Prince thing, and the James Comey firing thing, and the Russian hacking/Wikileaks thing, and the bro-love between TrumPutin thing, and the Russian propaganda machine favoring Trump thing, and the DJT "I have zero ties to Russia!" thing, and the Eric Trump "we get most of our financing from Russian banks thing", and the Donald Trump Jr. "Our portfolio is made up of a disproportionate amount of Russian money" thing, and the DJT "I sold a $60 million mansion to a Russian oligarch known for money laundering for $120 million that he never once lived in " thing, and the Trump business ties with Putin's favorite sports athlete Fedor Emilianenko thing, and the Trump International Corporation's mysterious private server connection to Alfa Bank, Russia's largest commercial bank thing, and Russians guaranteeing sales of Trump properties so he can get backing thing, and sales of Trump properties to LLCs (who can hide their identity) going from 4% to 70% in the two years leading up to the election thing, and the Special prosecutor being named thing, and the I won't release my tax returns thing, and the Ivanka Trump's vacationing with Putin's girlfriend thing, and the 2013 Miss Universe Pageant in Moscow thing, and the Trump companies business ties to Felix Sater, a criminal felon indicted for stock fraud scheme with the Russian mafia thing, and the FL Group Icelandic hedge fund with massive ties to Putin being heavily invested in Trump Soho thing, and the Rex Tillerson/Exxon ties to Russia thing, and the Russian ambassador at Trump Tower sneaking in and out thing, and part of the dossier being corroborated thing, the Trump tried to roll back Russian sanctions the minute he got elected thing. And the Cambridge Analytica thing. And the Trump advocating for Russia to be allowed into the G7 again thing, And Trump mentioning Russia hacking the DNCs emails the same day they did thing. And the Russians funneling money through the NRA thing, and Trump’s private meeting and subsequent fealty display thing, and the Trump being afraid to be interviewed by Mueller under oath thing, and the stripping people who might testify against Trump and people in his administration of their security clearance thing, and far right 'internet' influencers paid by Moscow to push propaganda and misinformation for Trump, thing... Other than that, there's absolutely no reason to suspect anything. Oh, and a very high ranked KGB officer saying Trump has been a Russian asset since 1987, thing. Oh, and Trump and Putin working together against Ukraine thing, and Trumps America with Russia and other world dictators, working together to stop Ukraine from joining NATO thing.

Debunking Russian propaganda the Trump and Tulsi Gabbard have pushed that Zelenskyy is a dictator.

Claim: Why did Ukraine overthrow a democratic government then huh?

Answer: Yanukovych was acting against the will of the Ukrainian people & under heavy influence from Moscow. Parliament ousted Yanukovych with a vote of 328-0. The 2004 Ukrainian constitution was restored.

Claim: Zelenskyy has suspended elections.

Answer: to paraphrase a twitter poster, “how many times do you need to be bashed over the head with the Ukrainian constitution before you will read it and understand it?

Suspending elections during war and martial law is a constitutional requirement. Not a Zelenskyy decision, the Ukrainian constitution. Zelenskyy’s political opponents even agree. Tymoshenko recently said “Elections during a war are impossible and immoral, because our military will not be able to participate in them. And without them, elections would never be legitimate”. Goncharenko said “I am no fan of Zelenskyy but it is just not possible given our current circumstances. The law forbids it”.

Another tweet paraphrase, “why on earth would they spend resources, time, and energy to try and conduct a free and fair election? They are at war. Glide bombs are raining down on their cities. They are focused on survival, not trying to elect a new leader”.

The only party that would benefit from it being otherwise is Russia.

Claim: Zelenskyy has closed churches.

Answer: Zelenskyy has outlawed a church linked to Moscow. Of course Ukraine has barred Russian influence.

Claim: Zelenskyy has jailed political opponents.

Answer 1: Pro-Putin billionaire Medvedchuk was charged with treason. He fled to guess where? Putin’s country.

Answer 2: Opposition parties remain active in Ukraine. Former president and Zelenskyy rival, Poroshenko is active in Ukrainian politics, as are many members of opposition parties. The Trump team recently met in secret with Poroshenko and Zelenskyy opponents prior to the Zelenskyy-Trump WH meeting. How is the Trump team meeting with them if they’re jailed?

There is a common denominator in every dictator charge: the opposite action would hurt Ukraine and benefit Russia. It can be surmised that those who call Zelenskyy are either pushing Russia propaganda or have been fooled by it and could use a little self reflection on the subject.

I'm mean I'm sure the trumpers can cherry pick some of this away with fake news or that some of it isn't a big deal (his kids talking about all the Russian money they have) or the Steele dossier etc.
But looking at that as a whole and you would have to be an idiotic blind sheep to not realize there are some issues relating to trump and his relationship to Russia.

That's WAY TOO much ****ing smoke.

The above is more evidence lol. He is considering (not doing) sanctions and tariffs. What is he waiting for? He has already hit our closest allies with tariffs with no hesitation who haven't caused a war yet he is only considering tariffs against our enemy who started and continues a war. While also complimenting russia (they are pounding Ukraine. Russia is winning and kicking butt! go russia!) and then ending the post with a nice Thank you.

Also, this "pounding on the battlefield" is happening partly because the United States is helping Russia make it happen by no longer providing intelligence to Ukraine or aid.

might as well start changing color of your white stars in the flag to red and rename country to United States of Russia. How is your russian friends? Need some lessons? fist words you need to learn is Blyat and Xuy:)))))).

Putin be like "hey trump, you should say that you are considering sanctioning us. No one has ever tried that before and it will make you appear so tough. Then I will be like, oh noes not sanctions. We have never been sanctioned before and now we are terrified so we now want the peace deal that we already said we want where we get to keep the land we conquered and receive no punishment for all the death and destruction we caused."

Why didn’t he lead with sanctions on Russia? In fact, why not further cripple Russia? If peace was Donald’s too priority, why not destroy Russia’s ability to wage war? It’s a mystery to me as to why only Ukraine has been hurt by the Trump regime. Why doesn’t Russia have to give anything up? Weren’t they in the wrong? They’re the ones who started this, right? Or was it Zelenskyy who invaded Russia, bombed Russian cities, and kidnapped Russian children?

So weird that Trump keeps on siding with Putin. Such a mystery as to why it seems like he’s doing everything possible to help Ukraine lose and Russia win.

The Trump administration made the decision to cut off military aid to Ukraine because Volodymyr Zelensky wasn't meant to defeat the Russian army and humiliate Vladimir Putin, according to a new Substack by former Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

In fact, Kinzinger argued, Zelensky is in the process of doing the impossible -- defeating Russia -- and Donald Trump can't allow that to happen.

"As the war in Ukraine reaches its third year, it is undeniable that Ukraine is not just surviving but winning," Kinzinger wrote. "What was supposed to be a three-day war for Russia has instead turned into one of the greatest military failures of the modern era. The Russian military has suffered over 800,000 casualties—dead, wounded, and missing—gutting its combat effectiveness and forcing it into increasingly desperate tactics."

Trump suspended the aid shortly after last week's disastrous sit-down with Zelensky in which he accused the Ukrainian president of not being "grateful" enough for his help. Trump ultimately kicked Zelensky out of the White House, saying he wasn't "ready" for peace.

Putin, however, is ready for the war to stop, Kinzinger argued, and Trump wants credit for making it happen.

"The Trump administration’s decision to cut off military aid is not based on strategy or principle. It is an act of desperation," Kinzinger wrote. "Trump and his circle are watching Ukraine systematically dismantle Russia’s war machine, and they are desperate for a cease fire at any cost… Trump wants his peace prize."

Kinzinger continued, "They know that an increasing Ukrainian capacity would leave Russia in ruins and Putin humiliated. So they are trying to do the only thing they can—force Ukraine onto a more 'level playing field' by starving it of the weapons and resources it needs to finish the job. This is not just cynical. It is a betrayal of everything the United States claims to stand for. It is despicable, un-American, and a stain on our country’s reputation. It’s politics over lives, and history will not be kind."

Comments: Any other American president would have gone ALL IN in supporting Zelensky, increasing the pressure on Putin. This war, which Putin said would last about 2 weeks, is now in its third year. People need to understand, Putin is not a god. He stays in power by the good graces and support from the Russian oligarchs, whose support for him is contingent upon their ability to make money. This war is costing them. They want it to end so they can get back to stealing the wealth that rightfully belongs to the Russian people.

I'm not saying Trump is a Russian agent.... It's just hard to imagine what he'd be doing differently if he were.

just think of what trump's legacy is going to be if he keeps proceeding on the track he is on. he will be the absolute worst president our country has had assuming we survive his autocratic ruling of our beautiful country. not sure how bad things will become before his first year is up.

Trump's first term has a real possibility of crawling out of the worst Presidential term in history only to give up that title to Trump's current term.
