Hayward has finally put together 4 good games in a row. hopefully his play as of late shall continue... Thoughts. Discuss!

I have hopes that the depth of the squad will help all of Jazz players be more competitive as the season progresses.
Could the fact that he is doing well and the fact that we lost 4 of our last 6 say anthing?
Joking... just joking...
Most young players have a hard time figuring out how to play within the offense, that they tend to force bad shots, kinda like Cj, and after 6 or 7 years is still trying to figure that out. Hayward on the other hand is too patient that his opportunities pass right by him. Last night he seemed to look to be more aggressive, and looked to shoot and forced the issue. As he does this more it will create more opportunities for the other players.
Unlike most on this board I see him as an all-star, he does so many things well. Hayward just needs to figure it all out. As he gets more experience and years under his belt, I see him as the leader of this team. Gordon is a scorer who has a pg mentality, and puts teammates above him self. As his reputation grows other good players will want to play with him. As soon as he figures out how to balance his pg mentality with his offensive aggressiveness he will be one of the most dangerous cerebral players in the game. Taking away his shot enables him to create offense for a teammate, if they try to concentrate on someone else like Al or Millsap, it opens things up for Hayward to score. I think Hayward has a chance to be a dynamic player.
That's how I see Hayward as a player if he is developed right. Hayward has all the intangibles, and IQ to be that "it" player.

Isn't Ginobili an all-starI agree to a certain degree. I think he could end up being the "leader" of this team, but that doesn't necessarily mean I think he'll be the best player on the team. I see him having a Manu type role: scoring in a variety of ways, while also creating for his teammates and coming up big at the end of games. He'll be a very balanced player. In his prime, I see him averaging around 15 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds. His potential is an elite glue guy, imo.

I am willing to bet that Ty will move Hayward back to the 3 when Raja comes back. It's obvious that Hayward plays better at the 2, obvious to everyone except Ty.
