Countdown to Trump using the military against Americans

Yep. Can confirm in “liberal Utah County” this is the prevailing mentality. “Doesn’t matter, anything orange god king says good. Besides, brown people gross libs suck!”

And this is how ordinary people become mass murderers.

“Sure, blowing out that polish kid’s brains wasn’t optimal. But he was a criminal Jew. And I had my orders. And I wanted to stay employed. My leader is always right!”

You actually see exactly this in the abduction of the woman in the video I shared. The first person approached and confronted her, when she pulled back that person seemed hesitant before reaching for her hands. Then another one came up, also seemed pretty hesitant and started to help, then as the others came on scene it escalated much more quickly. That one guy who didn't even have his mask on just kind of stayed out of it until there were multiple other people surrounding her. I believe if they had only sent one or 2 then anyone calling them out may have been enough for them to balk. You could tell they knew this was not the way to do this. But following the group was what pushed them over the top. Very applicable.

Because everyone is immigrant criminals? There have been some good arguments made, but that isn't one of them.

Moron Example A.

In the van Mr. Immigrant Criminal AI-O-Meter.

What's that, you say you're not one of 'those' people?

That's an original one, never heard it before, anywho, have fun in Tecoluca.

If any of that starts happening to Americans, I'll be there to oppose it as I was before. When J6 defendants were denied preliminary hearings, I opposed it. When J6 defendants were held beyond 30 days without grand jury indictment despite a constitutional provision forbidding it, I opposed it. I think J6 was horrible but even in times like that the US government has to play by the rules with how they handle American citizens, and I have a history to prove those aren't empty words. I don't remember seeing you on that bandwagon when Americans were having their rights trampled.

Honestly its a shame they weren't attacked in the street.

I think we might see that starting to happen depending on how the courts are able to curtail this. But I think it won't be long before you start seeing citizens stepping in.

I firmly believe the likelihood of Trump using violence against US citizens is 100 percent its really just a matter of when and where. I think you can almost guarantee the first time it happens it will be against a minority and not against white people. He will use violence against white people, especially students but he wont start there, the use of violence will at first be normalised against minorities. It is the way.

What i don't get is how Trump is just ignoring court orders and nobody seems to give a ****. Its the ****ing wild west.

No, you won't. Cause you weren't there before and you aren't there now. You've only got the history to prove you treat politics as a team game.

Pretrial detention abuse (among many other abuses) in the US court system has been rampant for decades (presumably longer).

I'm certain there were (are?) cases with J6 defendants that had such abuses. This political spin you put on everything that J6 defendants were being specifically targeted is just that, political spin. You can't help yourself but make everything about braindead GOP/Dem politics.

And there is no 30 day period in the constitution (VI). The '74 Speedy Trial Act does have a 30 day period, but unfortunately has enough exceptions in it to the point that the courts can do whatever they damn well please. You might have known that if you'd given a **** before the mainstream media told you what to think.

The tough things is he controls the means of enforcement so it's hard to force him to do anything. They really need to disconnect the FBI et al from the executive branch.

No, you won't.
I condemned J6 in no uncertain terms and condemned the trampling of rights in the prosecution. You said nothing.

As for your screeching over a denial of due process for revocation of visas, cry harder. No one has a right to a visa. They can be revoked at any time for any reason. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made clear in his statement addressing the situation with Rumeysa Ozturk that writing an Op-Ed won't get anyone's visa revoked. That is not why she was taken into custody.

Per Marco Rubio's statement, the thing that will get a student visa revoked is participation in an action where laws are broken. The examples he gave were trespassing, vandalism, and intimidation. If there is an event where any of those takes place, the Feds will seek all the video they can get their hands on to identify all involved. Any who are identified as possessing student visas will have that visa immediately revoked, the student is notified of the revocation and informed they must leave the United States. Failing to take immediate steps to comply with the demand to leave, law enforcement will get involved in facilitating the student's exit. Thus far there have been over 300 student visas revoked.

It isn't kidnapping, abduction, human trafficking, fascism, or universal suspension of habeas corpus.

I also would guess that he will set out some "bait" to create the need for the violence to be used so that he can justify the use of violence.

Well, what we are realizing is that there isn't anyone or anything to enforce a court order.
Why should he listen to them? Why should any president listen to the courts? What is the consequences/penalties of not listening to the courts?

No mea culpa for making up bits to add to the constitution?

You still don't see even a little beyond your politics fed to you from the mainstream - do you think J6 defendants are the only people who've had a **** time with our court system? There are plenty of current examples you could turn to if this were *really* an issue for you and not just more GOP/Dem ********.

Us leftists, famous for not advocating for judicial reforms in the USA.

I haven't once mentioned the student visa situation. Learn to read you *******.

No, what you mentioned was everyone losing due process right and Americans being sent off to prisons in South America. I was doing you and the board the kindness of framing this into current events that are actually happening instead of the 'everyone lost habeas corpus' ravings of your imagination.

Can't believe there are morons on board with this insanity.
You get that these are violent criminals right? Please tell me you understand that.

This so much.

Imagine if there were protests right now. Mass protests, similar to the George Floyd ones in every city. His “proud boys” would pretend to be protesters and would attack teslas, destroy property, and otherwise muddy up these anti Trump protests. Whether they be protesting Dodge, protesting the deportations, or protesting Donald’s attacks on universities. His militias would frame these protests and Fox News and the right wing propaganda apparatus would use the protests as preconditions for a real explicit right wing takeover of the government. Mass incarcerations, takeovers of entire media platforms, and a crackdown of people whom Trump hates.
