Following Potential 2026 Draftees

I found this link to a boxscore:

Besides the big 3, the guy that really stood out was Tounde Yessoufou. That guy is crazy athletic and high energy. I also thought Arenas and Zai Harwell looked very good.
Soon as he stepped on the court I was like "who this Ant MF". And then he proceeded to look exactly like Ant. I am really in on him. Fantastic name too.

I was thinking the same thing. Peterson plays like Ant, and gets comp'd to him a lot and so I was trying to avoid the too frequent comparisons to Ant, but yeah Tounde really looks and moves like him on the court.

Was reading an article on BYU next season and came across this quote

  • Jayden Quiantance, Arizona StateWhen Quiantance entered the portal yesterday, I got a text from an industry source to watch BYU. Not sure if I buy the smoke, but there’s some there. Quiantance knows Tim Fanning from their time at Overtime Elite. Quaiantance reclassified a year early and was 16 when he joined Arizona State, so he has to play in college for one more year before he goes to the NBA. Quiantance is projected by many as a top 5 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft after he averaged 9.4 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks for ASU. Quiantance also tore his ACL a month ago, which will obviously factor into teams’ decisions when they evaluate him. https://www.vanquishthefoe.com/2025...allin-hall-departures-targets-transfer-portal

Could you imagine if Saunders and Demin came back

Demin
Saunders
Dybansta
Quiantance
Keita

With a bench of
Baker
Diomande, Kozlowski
Mboup
Boskovic
Staton

Also have to add the dude they just got from Washington who seems like a great player.

I just realized that this is taking place 15 minutes away from my house:

A quick update on this, not that anyone cares.

I've been monitoring the tournament as I was thinking that if Boozer's team ended up playing Peterson's team I would go check it out. Peterson's team is about to lose, so I guess that won't happen.

I have been following scores though and getting links to highlights. I can tell you that Peterson is incredible, but he misses a ton of shots, or at least has missed a ton of shots in this tournament. Boozer is ridiculously skilled for his size, but he is very slow footed, even at the high school level. His brother is a crazy good high school player, I'm curious how he does in college. I'm pretty sure the Boozer's team will win the whole thing.

Adrian Wooley transferring to Louisville. He has a repeat year of this year in Louisville and he'll definitely be a first round pick.

Owen Freeman and Josh Dix (both Iowa this past season) both committed to Creighton.

Dont think much of Freeman as NBA prospect (think less gifted/athletic Derik Queen), but Dix could be a sleeper 20026 guy.

Kind of shocked Flory Bidunga is looking to transfer out of Kansas given Bill Self's proven track record of developing bigs like Flory. Especially now that Dickerson is out of school, seems like he would have a ton of opportunity.

Michael Rataj, probably one of the most underdiscussed player because he played on Oregon State, transferred to Baylor. A sleeper to keep an eye on.

Treysean Eaglestaff transferred to South Carolina. He scored 40 in a game against Alabama. Had a 51 point game this season. Kind of like a White Emoni Bates at times.

Probably one of the more entertaining mid-major scorers to watch highlights of. He shot 42% for North Dakota. I cant imagine the way he plays working in the SEC, thought Im sure he will be more of a spot-up shooter, but South Carolina is probably going to be so bad next year. Eaglestaff's team wasnt even good. They went 5-11 in conference play.

Jacob Cofie going to USC. If he can shoot it consistently he's a NBA prospect.

Welsey Yates transferring out of USC.

Keanu Dawes returning to Utah after initially entering the portal. Probably my deepest sleeper that I havent heard anyone else mention.

Jensen got his first portal recruit in Terrence Brown, a sophomore who scored 21 ppg for Farleigh Dickinson.
