I bet that kid votes for Trump, you cant fix stupid. When i was a kid fireworks were banned so we had to make our own explosives, i still have all my fingers and toes.

It’s hard not to see America just completely changed in the next year. Or by the midterms. Or when his term is up and he either cancels elections or stages another coup. We’ve already been changed significantly and have likely damaged relationships with our allies that’ll take generations to repair.

And what are his voters getting out of it? The only thing I can see is that they get to hurt people they hate. Cuz certainly they aren’t benefiting materially from it. Egg prices are sky high still and he has yet to unveil his replacement for Obamacare. Two more weeks maybe? But sending brown people to gulags, erasing minorities from the history books, and giving those mean ol Librul scientists and doctors the finger, feels so so soooo good.
 
Thinking about the the Xi-Trump showdown. Both claim they “have the cards”. We’re now playing cards folks and the odds always favor the house. We’re gamblin’ now mother******!

You guys remember COVID right? Remember how China responded? Looked a lot like martial law in some cities to me! Xi is willing to starve his people a little to win a war. Is Trump? Cause that’s where this goes if Trump doesn’t blink.

I hope he knows this and caves. So far my “hopes” haven’t panned out. There’s talk of martial law in the coming weeks. It’s definitely a possibility at this point, I guess.

Feels weird to be used as collateral.

Donald Trump’s White House has a threatening message for anyone who might even be perceived to disagree with the president: Don’t. Or else.

Even though he has promised to end what he viewed as “weaponization” of the Department of Justice, Trump is treating people who disagree with him more like the “enemy from within” he talked about during the presidential campaign.

The president took the unusual step this week of issuing official proclamations ordering the federal investigations of people who worked in his first administration.

He’s demanding free work from law firms who represented his perceived enemies, threatening to impeach judges, deporting campus protesters and so much more.

The underlying message, for anyone who hasn’t put all these things together, is that dissent will not be tolerated under Trump 2.0.

Posters have disappeared just a few months into season 2 of this show. I suspect that deep down, even they know Trump sucks. They just don’t want to admit that liberals, like you, were right all along.

I was in small town east-central Utah over the weekend due to a death in the family. It has been a few years since I've been in the area, but last time there were a bunch of houses draped in Trump regalia. I saw no Trump signs. No trucks dressed up for a MAGA flag parade. Nothing.

There needs to be accountability. They voted not once but twice for Trump. Their irresponsibility has led and will lead to more death, suffering, and loss of prosperity. Just think how many Ukrainians have died and will die because of Trump. MAGA thought Trump would only hurt brown and black people. Despite two impeachments, several crimes (including rape), and years of evidence of his unfitness for office, They insisted on touching the hot stove and by damn they need to have their ****ing hands and arms burned off so they either vote better or stop voting. Leave voting and governing to the civically responsible adults.

I’m all in for the upcoming depression. Americans voted for a clown now let’s get the full circus. Voters must feel the full consequences of their actions.

You should drive around with a “I could **** a better president” flag and see how they like it.

Tbh, the woman in my neighborhood who used to have a bunch of those flags and would drive to the local elementary church and to our church, has been pretty quiet lately. Again, deep down inside they know he sucks. They just don’t want to admit it. They thought Trump was just going to hurt the people they hated.
