i am streaming this and just want to vomit in my mouth. Locke and this other guy are driving me crazy. Talking about trading favors for a vet is nauseating. Please another station recomendation for an out of towner.

It was the other guy. But both are talking about the jazz are going to do whatever it takes including trading our young guys for better vets if it gets them in better postion to make the playoffs. I heard there is another station Monson is on. I need his negativity right now. This is schill B.S. and I am not down with being force fed Jazz propoganda.
 
They have to talk about something... why not something ultra stupid?

Either they are incredibly dense or the Jazz front office is even further out of touch with reality than I've given them credit for.
To me, Locke lost all of his credibility in 2010 when he insisted Pau Gasol was a better player than Dirk Nowitzki and wanted the Jazz to draft Patrick Patterson with the 9th pick. If he has an intriguing guest I'll listen to the intervew on the archives but I can't really stand most of his analysis.
 
No. Their point is that the Jazz have stated they are not rebuilding and that is still their stance. They said the Jazz are more likely to trade a young player for a vet than get rid of a vet to make time for youth.

How about Derrick Favors, Devin Harris, and CJ for Charlie Villanueva and Ben Gordon...gauranteed to get us in the playoffs and suck.
 
1320 is constantly bashing the fans. They always defended Boozer and AK. Always. David Locke also reported that Jerry Sloan just felt like he didn't have the energy anymore... And that's why he suddenly retired... lol

They are the biggest Jazz apologists. KOC and Ty Corbin have never committed errors according to them. The Jazz should try to make the playoffs, no matter what. Even if it means trading Favors. Trading Favors and competing for the 8th seed to be punched out in 4 games by OKC is more important than developing Favors and competing for a championship in 2-3 years (according to 1320).

I used to listen to 1280, but then all the guys from there went to 1320. 1320 are homers when it comes to the jazz because they are owned by them. 700 is probably the best.

Also count me in if they trade a young guy for a veteran I'm done with the Jazz. It is hard enough to watch this group of veterans continue to fail. The young guys could not possibly be much worse. We have won 3 of our last how many games?
 
Speaking of being done with the Jazz, I am ashamed to say that I actually enjoyed watching the Knicks play tonight. This is the first time in my life I have enjoyed and/or watched more than 2 mins of non-Jazz basketball in my life. I was so sick of watching Williams/Boozer/AK/Okur. I am now so sick of watching Harris/Jefferson/Millsap/Howard. Enough already. I would rather watch the Jazz win two more games this year with Favors/Kanter/Burks/Hayward than this. I am sick of it.

I am sick of soft defense, big guys putting up 15 ft jump shots, bad 3 pt shooting and no defense. Enough already. Blow this **** up and get two more draft picks and lets build a team that actually has potential. Jazz fans aren't BYU fans who are happy with mediocre seasons but telling ourselves they were great. Let's sacrifice a little and actually become great.
 
I have been a Jazz fan for 30+ years and my patience is pretty much used up. If the Jazz trade any of our young guys for veterans, I will be done with the team. I cannot take any more stupidity from the organization. Seriously, they should just sell the team to someone who actually wants to win a championship or to someone who actually has a clue.

SO if the the Jazz were to trade Favors then the trade for DW looks horrible. Right now I haven't been more discouraged with the way the team is being run.
