would be a good pickup for the harp ex . He is not signed with the heat and is still hearing what other teams have to say from real gm
 
He's turning down about 5 yrs and $30 million if he doesn't go to Miami and play with LBJ, Wade, Bosh and former teammate and close friend Haslem. Even if we offered him our full-midlevel, which we can't afford unless we unload AK, it's hard to see how we could make the most attractive offer to him.
 
this is silly...He is going to end up in miami and will get so many open jumpers..could see him average 20 off the bench and no im not joking and yes i hate the big 3 and miami but they need a shooter and miller can light it up and guess what else he is white
 
I agree i think he will sign with the heat but that isn't bad for his price. I would take him over wes any day.
 
Ooooh; I thought that had been done. He would be an upgrade over Korver. We ought to be talking, dang it!!
With the big 3, any other SG, SF, and PF ain't gettin' much PT down there. Haslem will likely get some time at PF when Bosh goes to C for a bit. Miller might not see all that many minutes. And, I DON'T see him at PG; Magic tried that a few years ago with him and he just turned it over way too much... Derek Fisher turned them down already...
 
I would love to get him. My 2 ideal pickups at this point would be either Mike Miller or Al Harrington. They should use the Harp TPE to secure the one of these players they want most.

you do realize a team with lebron and wade does not need a point guard on the floor always..Wade or lebron can bring ball yup all the time...

dont fool yourself miller will get 30 minutes a night and will get alot of open shots

Umm???? Why would they do that if they can get almost there with the MLE?

So that they can give one of these players just a little bit more money than every team left in the league that can only offer the MLE. Like I believe Miami can do. If that 1/2 a million makes them choose Utah over Miami or whomever Harrington is thinking about then it may be enough to land them instead.
 
If we are going to sign a member of Hanson, lets at least get one who is clean cut and can sing...
