I liked almost all of this. HOWEVER, Locke asks him if there was a deal he could've made that would've meant not taking any salary back and he said there was. I doubt he was talking about players the Jazz are definitely keeping, and in that case, the best move was NOT the move he didn't make. Especially if it was Miles, Bell, or Howard (most likely).
