Favors showed some emotion today....he hit Burks on the head and yelled something. His face still looked the same though.
 
Kanter was legitimately smiling non-stop throughout his 1 minute post game interview. Said he is "hanging around 24/7 with Burks, Gordon, Derrick and Jeremy". And that they protect him from Jamaal and Al, hahaha.


Amazing win.

I'm still so torn about the playoffs vs lotto pick. I would feel so much better if I knew that GS wasn't going to tank. To get to the playoffs with the young guys contributing to the wins and getting a pick would be a dream come true.

I really hope you're wrong. I simply cannot bother watch the games if it goes back to the pre-trade deadline situation.

Absolutely! I hope we can keep him because he is a unique talent and complements our other bigs. That would be a sweet rotation once Favors and Kanter start to show some good consistency. Five steals again tonight for Millsap!
 
Surprised we won with Hayward doing next to nothing. Thought he would have to go off for us to win.
 
I was going to say something like "Boy, we sure were lucky Kobe was having an off game tonight", but the refs tried their hardest to pick up his slack.

The Lakers had 18 extra opportunities to win this game. 18! How are these discrepancies allowed? No team is THAT good at defense.

A 4x5 for Millsap. He's not a great shot-blocker, so he'll never get a 5x5, but still pretty impressive: 24 pts, 9 rbds, 5 assists, 5 steals and 2 blocks!
Did someone say he was too short to play effectively against Gasol?

Best game of the season, by far. Only third team to beat the Lakers at Staples this season, and it was done in very large part by a 19 year old and two 20 year olds. I'm bringing out the cat gif for this one, that's how amped I am.
