Following potential 2012 draftees

I like that thought. Players that have passing ability appeal to me. White and Lillard both seem to have that as well as Burks and Hayward.

I would imagine our starting unit being Lillard, Burks, Hayward, Favors, Kanter. Then have White come off the bench and run the Point-Forward with whoever the 2nd unit is. Our team would have enough passing to influence Kanter and Favors to become good passers as well.

He appears to be a terrible shooter though, only shooting 50% from the foul line.

Improving as a jump shooter would benefit White significantly and add another dimension to his offensive game. He's attempting just over one jumper per game so far this season and connecting on a poor 24% of those attempts, to go along with an abysmal 51% from the free throw line.

From DX about his shooting.

Also question his work ethic and how much he really loves playing basketball.

His FT% sucks, which I hate. However, he's shooting 50% from the field, as the only real threat on his team, playing in the Big12. Also, his 3pt shooting % is the same as Brad Beal and JLamb.

Either Whites is good or those two suck.

Yeah, but White only takes a 3 pointer once every 3 games, or .4 times per game.

Not to sound like a ****. I'm just saying, if you've watched Royce play these past 5 or 6 weeks .. you'd just say DAMN. He was the most impressive player UK's played against this year.

FWIW, I thought the DX article sucked. Terrible take ... and they're normally pretty good.

I guess you will have to hit us with your knowledge later.

I just don't see White being given the same kind of role in a pro offense if he can't develop a jump shot, and slim down a bit. Like I said though, I would love to draft him regardless A. Because of his haircut B. He talks trash to UK fans C. He has an unique game.

I do remember watching him play against Kansas late in the season. It was my first exposure to him. When I saw how effective he was going up against Robinson and Whithey (I don't remember how to spell his name) I wondered why I had not heard more about him. I thought maybe it was a fluke but he has been fairly consistent all year long.

Also, during that Kansas game I thought that he was the best player on the floor. You should also know that I am very high on Robinson but he seems redundant for the Jazz. White will be a player in the NBA. I look forward to watching his career progress regardless of what team he plays for.

His handle looks ridiculous for a guy that big. Very fun to watch that triple double highlight, he makes some guard-like drive and kicks as well as being a beast on the glass.

That's a good one. I wish I could find the dribble he used in the half court against UK toward the end of the game. One of the more wicked looking things I've seen in a while .. and effective. Too hard to put into words .. at least for a Kentucky edumacation.

I know I'll get blasted for this (go ahead) but watching him play, I saw a lot of Wade. So how's that ..?? Cross between Wade and Sir Charles, LOL.

I was about to say Lebron actually, minus the explosive athletic ability. Appears to do a lot of what Lebron did in Cleveland for ISU.

What impressed me most was his brutality in the post and his fluidity on the perimeter. He's like the ugly duckling and the swan at the same time.

Seriously, though, he did really remind me of DWade.
