What my training and nutrition coaching can accomplish

OK, for the past 2 months, I have been the trainer and nutrition coach for this girl, Ashley.
Yesterday, she competed in an NPC Figure competition and placed. Here is a picture of her with the overall Champ (Ashley is on the left):

Anyway, she did great and she executed my plan to perfection. It's fun to train someone who is so dedicated.

She looks awesome. The one on the right is equally, if not more so, impressive.

Well done Craigy, you took a fairly cute girl and made her uglier than 9 miles of bad road. Where do I sign up? (also, how many of your MLM packages do I have to buy first?)

As ugly and unattractive as this is, they most likely got what they were trying to achieve. Sooo, I don't know? Kudos I guess?

I actually take all of this as compliments.
For a competition, the girls have to achieve this look, and it is a peak look that only lasts for a day or two.
They diet down and also do a few tricks to get themselves to their peak. They also get ridiculously tan. In fact, that is why Ashley did not win. For the judging, she was not tan enough. For the night show, she got another coat and also she took a long nap and got rid of some more water and hit her peak. Many people thought she was going to win, but the judging was already over at that point.

The top girl and her coach approached her and told her that she has major potential, just didn't peak for the morning judging. So she is now planning to compete in some summer contests. She wants first place.

For the past 2 weeks, everyday at the gym, she has been approached by girls asking her how she does it, and from guys trying to get her number. Every day.
If you saw her in person, you would get it.

Also, from what she did, 2 guys now want me to start training them.

I had a pedophile neighbor who used to say the same thing. "Them thar little ******** need some trainin'..."

The good news is maybe now you can finally get married and move out of your moms house. Win/Win

I'm sure all of you would do really well in a physique contest.

I would wager that none of you would last a week on my program. You would all go crying to mama about how you want to eat a cookie.

****ing please. Ask Ms. Serp, when I workout I'm absolutely psychotic to every little detail. Of everything that would beat me, it wouldn't be the eating or working out. Unless of course it involves shoving tons of supplements and other chemicals into my body. Then, I'd simply pass.

No chemicals. Completely natural, and I don't starve people into oblivion. My girl felt great on the day of the show.
It was funny being backstage and everyone was talking about how hungry they were and how they couldn't wait to go out to pig out that night.

I do know a lot of people on steroids and who knows what else. Not for me.

You sound extra shallow. Not that it wasn't expect after you posted your photos. I think a certain lifelong agenda has been inferred.

For what you're doing you seem to be doing it well. I don't understand why someone would strive for what that girl looks like, but we all have our little idiosyncrasies and such. I'm mostly just giving you **** when I respond to your posts. While I don't like you, at all, I'm not trying to hurt you. I hope you understand that.

I may very well be extra shallow.

Yes, my lifelong agenda is to preach fitness and health.

You have a problem with that?

I don't take much seriously on this board.

I look at big bodybuilders kind of the same way. I would not want to look like that. But I can certainly understand what they are trying to accomplish.

Most people don't understand what to even look at when they see a physique competitor.
Arnold says it well in Pumping Iron: "obviously, a lot of people look at what we are doing and think it's very strange. But those are the people who don't know anything about it. It isn't any different that getting in a car and trying to go a quarter mile in 5 seconds. That for me is strange."

He also said: "The greatest feeling you can get in a gym, or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is... The Pump. Let's say you train your biceps. Blood is rushing into your muscles and that's what we call The Pump. You muscles get a really tight feeling, like your skin is going to explode any minute, and it's really tight - it's like somebody blowing air into it, into your muscle. It just blows up, and it feels really different. It feels fantastic.

It's as satisfying to me as [edited] getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven."
