First off. I am not trying to poke and prod at people, ruffle any feathers, or troll out.

I would like to say also that I agree that it was the right thing to do and trade Dwill.

Having said all that what team would you rather have?

Dwill+ Dwight+ fillers(any players not allstars)

Our current team+#8 pick this year


Who do you think would be better?
 
Though I like both players, I hate the failure to commit by them. I would choose our current team. I don't watch sports for the drama, got the stupid wife for that. I want players wanting to play and excel.
 
Too hard to project what our young guys will develop into. If we got the 8th pick and all five young guys reached their potential, then I would go with our team. But realistically, Williams/Howard is the better option, IMO.

Howard is the closest thing to a WNBA princess the league has. I'd honestly take Margo Dydek over him because there would be a whole lot less bitching and drama.
 
Dwight and Deron in a heartbeat. Assuming they both pass physicals and are locked up for 4-5 years.

No question. I'd take Deron, Bell, Miles, Evans, Howard in a second over our starters. You get a chance to build around the best C and top 5 PG in the league you do it, that's how you build a dynasty IMHO.

...I'm beginning to think that DWill has maxed out.....and Dwight, despite being tattooless....is a loser! I'd take the current Jazz team, even without the draft choice!
 
Something about watching this star-less team compete for the playoffs has made this season one of my favorite as a Jazz fan. I'll stick with this team and the hope for a star or two to develop from our big 4.
 
Dwight Howard is essentially Tracy McGrady. Back when he was with Orlando, everybody thought he was awesome, though many saw through to how pathetic he really was until now in hindsight almost every one realizes how much that guy was a complete jackass and not a winner of any sorts. I think time may show a similar, though not quite as drastic, result with Howard.

Who thought McGrady was a jackass? He simply never succeeded in the playoffs while Dwight on the other hand has helped lead a team to the NBA Finals. Sorry, but this is a terrible comparison.
