Is coin toss tomorrow?

I'm not sure it's technically a coin flip but a random draw. That's what the GS GM said anyway.

As nerd mentioned elsewhere the flip/draw usually takes place during the Board of Governors meeting, so there are plenty of bystanders to ensure no cheating. Not sure who oversees the process this year. Is KOC on a red-eye to NY to monitor?

Also, the flip/draw is at 2 am my time. Is it pathetic if I wake up at 2:30 or 3:00 to check the result?

David Stern will conduct the coin flip ALONE in an untelevised, unmonitored event at an undisclosed location and report the result to us when he sees fit...right? Sounds legit to me...

Fine by me as long as the Raptors get the 7th spot.

Have the jazz ever won a coin flip?

Not in recent memory. I can think of a few times they lost the toss though. Once there was a 3 team flip, and Jazz came last (the year David West was drafted 17-19 was decided by a toss, and Jazz got 19. David went 18th). If Toronto wins the flip tonight, this would be the first time I can think of Jazz won the toss.

**** our lives. We have no chance.

Last year, we had NJ pick and lost tie breaker to Kings. Granted we got fortunate with the ping pong balls later, but as far as the toss, once again we lost it:

?
Year before - 2010 - we had Knicks pick, and lost tie breaker toss to Clippers.

So, I can think of 4 coin tosses we lost in last few years and 0 won. Are we going to go 0-5 today, like Raja Bell did last night? It's not that easy to lose 5 coin tosses in a row. Takes special skill that only we possess.

Have you all not seen how stupid Golden States front office has been over the years? They are horrible. Even if they do win the pick, they will some how find a way to screw it up so either way, We win.

We win the toss because despite rebuilding, we have still had success. Stern won't allow GS to win this because per their history, they'll just screw it up and it will be absolutely worthless. The basketball Gods or whatever the **** you believe in have our backs today!
