I too have seen WestBrook play some stupid ball, but I think he is getting better. There is no denying that he is a superb talent. I would take him on our team any day. Only two other point guards can do what he can, and that's Rose and Wall.

And neither one of them can do all the things he can do. And that is Rebound and dish like he can. The guy is a walking triple double So in reality, OKC does have a tough decision. WestBrook is no throw away player.

So what elite skill does he have? Rondo's a better passer, better rebounder, better defender, and has won a ring. In what way is Westbook more skilled? I mean, besides shooting his team out of the playoffs?

Westbrook is a better rebounder when he wants to be, and Westbrook is better offensively.
 
Let's all just agree that Westbrook has a more diverse skill-set and is overall more skilled than Rondo, but is also a complete dumb ***, so they're ultimately a wash. They're both overrated and nuts.
 
I wish we offered Bell + a 2nd rounder for him at the trade deadline, back when they were in the market for a defensive SG. Bledsoe is pretty much nearing untouchability after his quarter tonight, from the perspective of the Jazz (if they plan on keeping the core four + Sap)
