Offseason Plan/ Draft/ Trades/Free Agency

I had a thought today about KOC jumping all over the disaster that is Orlando. What does this team need more than anything else? Shooting. Orlando has shooters at every position that is not Center.
I wonder is Millsap or Jefferson and a future 2nd rounder could land Ryan Anderson. I think that he would be the perfect pig in a rotation with Kanter and Favors. I have not sat down to figure out the numbers but I wonder if that is even reasonable.
PS, I believe that Howard is gone around the draft. I think that Orlando is about to start over.

KOC should take advantage of stupid GMs.
These GMs are the ones we can easily take advatage of:
Orlando's GM- Guy traded to get Hedo Turkgolu
Net's GM- Meh, they're probably wise to KOC's act
Minny's GM- I think he's famous for being dumb, but I can't recall why.
Charlotte's GM, Micheal Jordan- He's as bad at GM as he was great at basketball
Have I missed anyone?

I'm not high on shooting bigs who don't play defense. Now that Memo is gone, I want to move away from that phase for good. I'd much rather get shooters at the 1, 2, and 3.
I don't think the Magic are giving up Ryan Anderson, as he is the perfect PF to pair with Dwight.
Very, very good point. Reppable .. but meh.
Except that Dwight won't be on the team in a year or less.

We better not bring back Josh Howord. I think he sucked more often that he was good this year. Im not interested.
We better re-sign Evans that's for sure. He is a future All-star. He needs some minutes though. Cuz sitten on the bench isnt playing basketball.
Trade JefferSap for something. Bring in something FA. What ever you do, don't bring in old/vet/going to get in the way guys. Please O'Connor. This never works.
We have a nice young core to build around. Let's not waste our time with washed up vets that always seem to find themselves in the starting line up.
It would be one thing if the Vets were Allstars, quite another if they are less than average. I don't want to watch someone knowing that he is getting worse
by the minute, litterally. I like watching and having hope that the players are getting better by the month.
That's all I hope for this offseason. Is less crappy so called vets and more energetic youth.
I'd much rather go down swinging if that's what happens, with our youth, than go get swept in the first round again with Big Al and the Vets.

Sorry if this has been discussed, but why not amnesty Harris, and go after Dragic. Is this realistic?

Seriously though, what the hell is the plan this offseason? Internal improvement is all we have without a trade or lottery luck. Get used to the Big Al re-signing talk.
Nah, I think Jefferson winds up an expiring .. unless he has good enough value as an expiring.
I'd like to fire Sidney Lowe and hire a much better defensive coach. Ty made the safe and comfortable hire. I'll not go on and on about this (you're welcome).
I know, for a fact, that the Jazz are trying to get a pick in the 13 - 16 range .. but know no other details to speak of.
