Damn. I really wouldn't have guessed it by looking at him. (Not a joke, when I think of people who are into Child Porn, I think of them as looking normal or homely creepy). If it is true though, that is ****ed.

I think they would just call him a sex offender then, not child porn.
Of course, I know nothing about child porn. I'm too scared to even google the laws on it, I don't need the feds coming to my house.
Any sexual depiction of anyone under 18 is considered child porn. I've even read stories where drawings of minors in sexual situations was considered CP.
So hilarious how we have some experts on here as to what a pedophile looks like. I can hear his lawyer now, "ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I ask you to take a look at the defendant, my client. Isn't this a man you would trust with your children? Mr. Birdman, or Mr. Snuggle-feathers, as my children call him when he watches them for me..."

Sounds like this chick was pursuing Anderson, she came to Colorado, he banged her and then told her to hit the road. Typical delusional girl/athlete hookup where the girl thought it was something more than it was.
The twist of course being she's under-age. Whatever "ID" she had (if that part is even true) is probably long gone and now it is just an underage girl's word against The Birdman's. Although the extortion part comes in because she probably has more on him than just the fact that they had sex - probably nude pictures of her and/or a cell phone pic of his tattooed junk or something.
