I see the sense in it but I doubt they want to do that. Jefferson could be a one year rental. The flip side is he is from down that way, would be much closer to home, and would very likely re-sign there.

I'd like it if we could pull this off. So long as Emeka knows his *** is coming off the bench.

Yes, the 1 year rental is the point. 2013 is a huge FA class.
 
Well, the worst thing that could've happened just happened for this team just happened right now (lose 14th pick, lose 8th pick, swept out of playoffs)

Will be interesting to see who New Orleans picks with their second pick to pair with Davis. Marshall would throw some really nice lobs for him.
