Negative, but thanks for playing. This is like saying because I'm a Jazz fan that I'm rooting for Greg Miller or /gasp, Chucker J. Smiles. Get a grip, Zulu, before I send Archie to hump your leg.

Yeah, that's what needs to happen. The NBA needs to force Charlotte to hire a 70 year old coach rather than maybe the best assistant out there.
 
I totally dont blame him and was thinking this exact thing yesterday.
He looked at his compettition and was prob saying ,"seriously? I mean really, seriously?"
That team is led by morons from the top down, obviously. He's lucky it ended this way, IMO.
 
He will be in the running for Orlandos job. Did anyone else hear their president gushing over him on The Herd yesterday.
 
I would guess he was looking for the assurances from management that he would have the level of support he felt he lacked in Utah toward teh end of his tenure, and did not get them.

I don't know that there are (m)any teams that would have the "assurances" that the coaches tell them when his coaching term is over, not the other way around

If I had Sloan, Popovich, Jackson...sitting across from me wanting to coach my team and they said that my answer would be "Yes Sir".

I see what your saying, but wasn't there a bunch of talk about how Mark Cuban finally got his title last year. Do you honestly believe if Sloan pulled the bobcats out of obscurity some people wouldn't start giving Jordan the credit and Say he has finally bounced back from his horrible job with the Wizards?

HIring the best coaqch for the job is part of what Jordan is supposed to do. Recognizing talent is doing a good job. If Jordan starts doing a good job, I'm not going to withhold credit because of an old grudge.

True, I agree that hiring Sloan would be the best move for Jordan, but I'm sorry I dislike Jordan just that much that I can't root for him, even in the purposes situation. I guess I'm just lucky that Jordan made one of his awesome front office moves again that has gotten him so far in his off-the-court-career!
