Sloan a finalist for Charlotte job

If Charlotte doesn't hire Sloan, they are as dumb as everyone says they are. Unless your candidates include Pop and Jackson, Sloan will always be the #1 candidate.
 
Seeing Sloan on the sideline for another team would be like seeing my mom do it with my sisters boyfriend.

It's gonna leave scars.

That's funny, but not really. When he comes back, I'm going to be at that game. I will have something in a squirt bottle, likely urine, and I will douse every dick face I hear boo. The Trout has spoken, let it be so.

This x 1,000,000,000. If Jordan doesn't take Sloan, it might just be the nail in the coffin for me, and it'll be hard for me to give a dump about the NBA. (It's pretty close right now) On the flip side, if they hire him, it will give me the spark that I've been yearning for. Something to root for. Something to care about.

Jordan has a history of breaking my heart, however, so I'm really not expecting much.

I realise its your opinion, and you have that right.
BUT....a guy who has NEVER been a head coach is better than a guy, who in his first year, took a very young team to the playoffs? Seems strange to me. And Im faaaar from a Corbin lover.

To Original idea, I sorta hope Sloan doesnt do it, for selfish reasons, it would be wierd.....If he does, he will do well, he always does...always

A very diverse trio.
Sloan, who could probably get them to the playoffs quicker (remember, this is the EAST not the wild wild west),
Shaw who's likely the hottest new prospect out there, but no HC experience, and
Snyder who's been a HC in college and the NBADL, and is known to be a very sharp basketball mind.
A lot depends on exactly what Jordan is looking for; a long-term development 'project', or a quick-turnaround from total mediocrity to just being competitive every game?

You would think that he would be better off going to Portland or Orlando. Charlotte seems like such a mess and might hurt his Hall of fame legacy. Unless he can do what Hubie Brown did for Memphis, I would pass and wait for the phone to ring again.

This is ridiculous. To interview Sloan and not immediately give him the job? I feel sorry for Cha fans.
