You may or may not have seen it before you made this post, Game, but I edited my post to add this: "As I read your post, A's offense here would be even worse than shouting in C's ear." But, based on what you say in this post, I think that I must have misread you. Turning to it, now, let me see if I get what you're sayin:
Given that A has clearly been instructed by B and C not to address them, would you see an attempt by A to join their conversation as an attempt to "disrupt" it? I don't think you are saying that, but I'm not 100% sure. Right before the part I quoted above, you said:

That's all B and C are asking of you. They're asking you to tell A never to open his mouth around them again. If he does, they explain to you, he is ipso facto both "disrupting" their conversation and improperly "forcing" them to listen.
If A is disrupting a conversation B and C are trying to have I would, as the parent, tell A to stop.
