I wonder if the Raptors would offer that contract to Lin just to cause cap inflexibility for the knicks, similar to the stunt the Blazers like to do.

Dragic's younger brother is playing for Houston Summer League team.


Henry Abbott: Teams are still feeling out this new CBA. Could be that free agents are worth less than before -- making cap space more valuable.

I don't know what this guy is reading but I've seen a max contract to Hibbert, 10 million a year for aging Wallace, and C. Paul turn down a 3 year 60 mIllion dollar extension. Dwight and Dwill trying for a super team that may include Joe Johnson?

The new CBA may hurt %80 of the players and limit spending for about 20 teams but it did nothing to stop the enivitable collapse of the NBA.

Just put it in GenNBA .. but Anthony Davis just severely sprained his ankle and is expected to miss Olympics. I'm putting it here as a time stamp .. because I'm ahead of the media on this .. :)

The players make only 51 percent of BRI rather than 57. The NBA is in good enough shape. Some of these contracts are ridiculous.

Bosh is out too. I'm thinking Favors is going to the olympics if you're right on this PKM.
 
Actually, PKM is right.



It was posted on Hoopshype media twitters. Davis hurt his ankle in a workout with the Hornets.

Great, now Favors can go play with the big boys and learn how to be a whiney jerk to force a trade, or get recruited to join a super team in 2 years. Wonderful.

I think it basically takes them out of the running for Dwight. But maybe I'm wrong.

A trade involving Brook Lopez, Gerald Wallace, Marshon Brooks, and S+T Gerald Green? I'm convinced the Nets would have to acquire Dwight via trade this year. No way they will have cap flexibility next year with Dwill and JJohnson on the books.
