Free Agency 2012 Thread

I'd pass too. He definitely deserves a 10/4 contract but even 11-12M is on the edge to me. But unfortunately, based on the last month, I can say that his agent would try up to 15M a year.

BTW... I like the OJ Mayo signing with the Mavericks. The Mavericks are trying to stop the bleeding from swinging and missing on D-Will.

Agreed. The Mavs are doing their best to make lemonade out of all the early lemons they got hit with early in the FA signing period.

The Grant Hill to Clippers arrangement could be a s&t with Ryan Gomes going to Phoenix. If that can't be worked out Hill would sign for the $1.9m bi-annual exception.

Josh Childress has cleared waivers after being amnestied by Phoenix. The Wizards have officially amnestied Andray Blatche, who should also clear waivers.

Jeremy Lin is officially back with the Rockets. Also, the Nuggets amnestied the Birdman and signed Anthony Randolph. Not bad moves from the Nuggets.

Marc J. Spears: Front runners for free agent center Darko Milicic are Miami, Clippers, Chicago and Brooklyn, source tells Y! Sports.

Antwan Jamison is going to the Lakers on a 1-year vet minimum deal. It seems like Portland is matching Minnesota's offer to Batum. Neil Olshey is going to address the media in Las Vegas in about half an hour.

The Blazers have officially announced that they are matching the Wolves' offer to Batum. The Rockets are waiting for a couple of guys to clear waivers and then will finally have Omer Asik sign his offer sheet.

Vladimir Radmanovic has signed a 1-year deal with the Bulls. Does anyone remember when he said he separated his shoulder because he slipped on some ice in Park City but then confessed he had actually been snowboarding?
