No that's you spinning, Guy. You said the tough games will be early in the season. I called you out on it and now you want to move the goalposts. "K, well maybe there are quality opponents later in the season but your last 3 games suck so there." Gimme a break, Hater. You have like two quality games this year and you're gonna throw stones at BYU's schedule?
If you want to change your argument and focus on the last 3 games of the season or apparently a month out of the year than fine but that wasn't your original argument, Spinjob.
But let's pretend it was. BYU's 2013 schedule has Wisconsin on Nov 9th and Notre Dame on Nov 23rd.
Well maybe 2013 is a sign of things to come for you guys. Good for you guys.
However, I'll stand by my opinion that in 2011 and 2012, playing nobody in November hurt BYU early. When 5 or 6 of your biggest games come in the first 8 or 9 weeks of the season, that's a lot to ask of any team. It wasn't really me throwing stones at BYU's schedule as much as it was pointing out that last November and this coming November have got to suck balls if you're a BYU fan.
As far as calling out Utah on their schedule and their "two quality games" they have this year: They play USC who is better than anybody on BYU's sched, Cal and Washington both look to be preseason top 25 in a few different polls, they have common opponents with BYU in Oregon State and Wazzu. Not to mention that Arizona, ASU, and Colorado are still more formidable opponents than San Jose St, Idaho, and New Mexico State.
The only real "dogs" I see on Utah's schedule are Northern Colorado and BYU.

Wait, what? Now we're going back in time? You really gotta nail down exactly what it is you are arguing. Let's recap:
You said BYU's schedule if front-loaded. Nope, I showed they have quality in the second half of the season.
You said BYU's November suck and that it won't get any better anytime soon. Nope, I showed 2 quality opponents in Nov for next year.
So now you decide to move the goalposts again and talk about 2011? WTF? That's the first that's been brought up. But whatever it's tough to eat crow so I understand your resistance.
I get it. Ute fan wants to bag on BYU and early in independent BYU had to scramble. But that lasted like two seconds and now BYU has a great schedule and Ute fan can't stand it. So let's make **** up instead.
Translation: I said some dumb **** so instead this is what I meant.

Congratulations on your recent schedule success and I hope it continues for you guys. Contrary to what you may believe, I could give a rat's *** if BYU sinks or swims in regards to their new found indepence. I only care that Utah continues to beat them in the years in which they can make room for BYU on their schedule.
