Yea PearlWatson is over the top but it isn't funny to me for some reason. So I just ignored them so I don't mess with them.

Hannity, Maddow, Olberman, Beck, etc etc etc... they are all the same. I don't think ANY of them are reporters. They get paid to report their OPINION, not facts. They speculate on issues and offer theories. Do you think Maddow would have a job if she wasn't decent at arguing the liberal agenda and causing a stir with her opinions? Hell no. It's not like she is on there for eye candy like half of the Fox News reporters.

I've only watched Maddow's show a couple of times. It seems like the basic, cosmopolitan, left-leaning stuff. I didn't see the xenophobic hate that spews constantly from FOX.
In other words, while the difference between the networks may not be worth fighting about, I think it is the wrong idea to say one equals the other. FOX is the granddaddy of hate-filled idiocy.

I will speak to your requirement that we offer respect to elected officials. I don't think one should have to offer respect to another person simply because of their positions. A lot of elected officials are jackasses and not worthy of any respect. They ain't royalty even if they think they are.
BTW, did you make any effort at calling harry's statements "innapropriate and childish?"

Why does this have to be grandstanding I'm saying one sides pundits have basically no journalistic integrity and can say what ever they want to. Yet, everyone is freaking out when Harry Reid who is the minority leaders says that a reliable source from Bain Capital that has info about Romney's taxes which he is clearly not releasing for a reason is some type of out of control slanderer.
